1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Examifo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use Examifo for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Our service
Examifo provides online tools for creating, administering, taking, and grading exams and forms. Features and usage limits depend on the selected plan. We may improve or change features while preserving the core service you purchased.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You may not use the service to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malicious content, interfere with the platform, bypass plan limits, or gain unauthorized access to another account or exam.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of questions, responses, files, and other content you submit. You grant Examifo the limited right to host, process, back up, and display that content only as needed to operate and secure the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for uploaded content and student data.
5. Plans, billing, and taxes
Prices, billing periods, currencies, and included limits are shown on the Pricing page before checkout. Paid access begins after successful payment. Unless checkout states otherwise, plans are billed for the selected term. You are responsible for applicable taxes, bank fees, and accurate billing information.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may stop renewal before the next billing date. Cancellation does not normally reverse a completed charge, and access continues through the paid term unless otherwise stated. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Availability and results
We work to keep Examifo reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Exam owners remain responsible for reviewing exam configuration, grading rules, automated or AI-assisted evaluations, and final academic or employment decisions.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security threats, illegal activity, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Examifo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss caused by customer content, third-party services, connectivity, or decisions based on exam results. Our aggregate liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to Examifo during the six months preceding the claim.
